Our recommended and most popular option. Simply make an appointment to bring the dress in to us so we can confirm the cleaning price and answer any questions which you may have. We will also be able to show you the different storage box options which we have available.
The consultation takes about 10 minutes and don’t worry, if you are running late, need to cancel or reschedule the appointment for whatever reason, you can always send us a email or call us to let is know. OPTION 2
POST YOUR DRESS TO US
If you live outside of our normal 25 mile service area, you can post your dress to us using your own chosen courier service. Simply pack your dress and any other items which you would like us to clean securely inside a protective bag before placing them all inside a box with a piece of paper detailing your full name, contact telephone number, address, email as well as any other special instructions or comments which you may have. Then simply send us a email or use our contact form to let us know so we can be expecting it. Once we receive your dress we will contact you to confirm receipt and discuss your order and requirements in more detail. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the items are appropriately packed, sealed & insured for transit.

Once your wedding dress has been cleaned and your order is ready for despatch, we will contact you to take payment and request you to make arrangments to have the dress collected from us and delivered back to you.
